I Really Enjoy playing at Barona..Great customer service, awesome Floor host,
Beverage servers are there when you need them. It is Definitely the Only Casino your made to feel right at home. As for winning at Barona it just doesnt happen for me.. Never have i won a Jackpot or even $200 on a machine there. so it gets frustrating for me to travel the extra Distance and never win something worth mentioning..well I keep thinking..”IT’S GOT TO BE MY TURN ONE OF THESE VISITS”..i’ll keep trying, you just never know..

Hello i would like to share my experience and or dissapointment wiyh you, i called thu 8/16/12 at aprox 9 am to seek accomodations and i was treated rude, i felt not only bad but disrespected from a place that i been loyal for 15 yrs. not only i couldnt get a night but i was hanged up, so i called back at a later time and it wasnt any better ant this is shocking to me since you have been above all of my expectations,not only im a platinun card holder but i visit often and i just wanted to express my concern and surely i would like to hear from somebody to see what happened!!!!!!!!!!
